The Connected Home Controller is a Smart IoT Device that is ideally suited for Apartment and Condominium homes, commercial businesses such as Laundromats, hotels and for single-family homes for monitoring the health of the facility 24/7 without user intervention.

Expensive water damage caused by rains or leaky pipes in a kitchen or washrooms where other appliances such as washing machines are present can easily be mitigated with the Connected Home Controller which monitors, detects and shuts off the main incoming water-inlet valve with commodity sensors.

How it Works

The Connected Home Controller detects water leak condition and takes immediate steps towards notifying the homeowner or a property manager via SMS, phone call and email using the Tantiv4 Cloud management system. Simultaneously instructions are sent to the shut-off valve to temporarily stop the supply of incoming water to the unit if needed.
